HEALTHY SNACK IDEA 💡We get requests for quick healthy snacks all the time, so here ya go. Remember ants on a log from when you were a kid? Celery with Jiffy peanut butter and raisins? Well, this is the grown-up version using tahini and currants instead, and it’s delicious. Takes two seconds. Just wash a few stalls of celery, chop, spread with tahini paste, and top with currants! Suchhhh a yum combo, and you get in a serving of veggies and healthy fats. Oh, and your kiddos might love this, too ☺️

I need to go grocery shopping and was happy to come up with a delicious meal from a few ingredients that I had on hand. For tea tonight I made Spiced Turkey And Bulgar Wheat Pilaf from the Eat More For Less book. This was so quick and easy to make, which is just what I needed after a long day and my MS playing up. Don't know if it's just me, but I didn't really enjoy it. This was my least favourite meal from the Eat More For Less book

Grande cuisine ce soir, ce qui n'était pas le cas ce midi 😂 j'ai testé le tian de légume mais je trouve que la recette est à améliorer, bien que ce soit quand même super bon a condition d'aimer les légumes 😋 une assiette pleine de couleur avec un colin cuit au four 🤗. Bon pour monsieur, bien sur quelques pâte mais au blé complet 🤔.Et le meilleur reste a venir avec le dessert fromage blanc et framboise, j'aime tellement ça 🤣 et en plus une pomme, une infusion et 10gr de chocolat noir, petite gourmandise de la journée 😉
Et maintenant un repos bien mérité pour recharger les batteries et ne pas lâcher ses objectifs. 😘

IPA marinaded cornish game hen and roasted pepper risotto 🐥

Vegan flaxseed almond meal crackers. A few simple ingredients, a bit of mixing and some herb and spice inspiration you will enjoying these tasty crunchy healthy crackers! 😀

Recipe & instructions
1/2 cup of ground flaxseed*
1/2 cup almond meal
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup water
Couple grinds of Himalayan pink salt
2-3 tsp herbs & spices ---------------------------
Mix dry ingredients together till combined!
Add 1/2 cup of water a bit at time until a dough forms, a bit wet.
Place dough on parchment lined baking dish or pan. Using bamboo spoon smooth & press dough out to about an inch think. Take your time with spreading even thinness will allow for an even cracker.
With a sharp knife, pizza cutter score into squares etc.
Bake at 375 for about 30-35 minutes. Check in case of burning.
Remove and let cool. They will easily break into crackers. *you can use all flaxseed

Lunch time sur le pouce 😂
Journée chargée et à peine le temps de rentrer pour prendre le temps de manger. Du coup repas froid avec ce qu'il y avait mais on s'en sort plutôt bien 😉
🍗3 blanc de poulet aux fines herbes
🌽50gr de mais
🥒50gr d'asperges
🍅Une tomate 🍜150gr de salade
Et une pomme en dessert 🍏
Et aussitôt manger, le voilà reparti car rendez-vous coiffeur 🤗 ça va faire tellement de bien. Je vous poste le résultat bien sûr 😉
