And building that self-confidence is not always an easy ride. For me that's with this healthy lifestyles about though. I have been able to continue to improve on myself and my mindset every day and find a way to love what I do, and find appreciation for what I do.
It's about finding a way to balance everything in my life so I can feel my best, feel that confidence and share that with all of you!
Who says every day that they are so grateful for what they do? Honestly I never did. And that outlook failed me.
Living a life constantly focused on my next day off, or the weekend got me nowhere.
Now I've created healthy habits not only for myself physically but mentally.
I truly love the grind, I love to stay busy, I love to work out, and I love to share my journey because it helps me reflect and grow within myself! And I know I might sound like a broken record sometimes but honestly the best thing that we can do every single day is choose to remember why we do what we do, choose to remember that it is our choice to stay positive, choose to remember that this is a lifestyle, it's not a race and it's up to us to love it and work for it every day.
Do you have goals? Because I have goals. I always have goals. Small goals, or huge goals I have them! And they're not about a number, they're not about a certain day, week or month. But I have them and I'm working for them. I want to get stronger, but not necessarily just in the gym. I love to feel empowered in the gym but I also want to show you that empowerment and strength is even stronger when it comes from the inside.
