We are eating in this Friday night! I am the laziest cook so it’s always easy recipes for me. This one is so easy, never fail, and super tasty! Just put salmon in a dish, top with seasoning or salt and pepper, lemon and grass fed butter and put it in oven! The veggies are cut up into a bowl, tossed in salt and pepper and olive oil and spread on a sheet pan. Pop in oven and pull out when they reach your desired level of done! Takes less than ten min to prepare and less than 20 to cook! 😋 I’m trying to stay on point with my nutrition more than I usually do because my injury has prevented me from doing my regular intense workouts. I’ve been sticking to smaller movements and more stretching. It’s so important to listen to your body and do what you can, when you can. I’m going to rest now so I can kill it when I’m healed.....which can’t come fast enough!
