WARNING!!! Looooong text 😎 6 months ago I couldn’t walk without crutches and metal supports on my leg after a quadtendon tear I got at work. Today I squattet 120 kgs and did 4 plates a side on the leg press. This is no records by far, but it is without a doubt my best and deepest squat since my accident 🙏🏻💪🏻🐻💙 You guys don’t know this, but I’ve been dealing with a lot of anger, frustration and depression since my accident 🤷🏽♂️ I do not bitch about it, I just try to accept it.
Anyway, most social workers would say: We can see You lift and post on IG, so we believe You are a ready to work! GO F... Yourself 🤬 I lift alone, IG is now my only contact to most of my lifting buddies. And gym is one of my therapy couches. Maybe the Best one 💙💙💙 Peace 🐻
