Transformation time again!

Zwischen den Bildern liegen nicht nur unglaubliche 16kg sondern auch eine komplett andere Psyche und ein anderer Mensch. Keine Ahnung wo dir 16kg hin gewandert sind. Hauptsächlich anscheinend an meinen dicken Hintern. 🤷‍♀️

Das linke Foto gibt's noch original auf instagram, da hatte ich schon einiges zugenommen und sprach ständig davon, wie gesund ich ja bin und dass ich jedes essgestörte Verhalten abgelegt hatte.

War allerdings nicht der Fall. Ich habe viel essen mit noch mehr Sport ausgeglichen und trotz über 3500kcal bei dem geringen Körpergewicht nur wenige hundert Gramm pro monat zugenommen.
Ich konnte nicht länger als 15 Minuten sitzen weil ich Angst hatte, zuwenig zu verbrauchen und ich wollte ja viel essen aber bloß nicht dick werden.
Ich hab jeden Tag cardio gemacht, 4 bis 5 mal krafttraining pro Woche und war ständig spazieren.

Hat extrem lange gedauert, diese Zwänge abzulegen aber wenn man will, kann man. Man fühlt sich fett, scheiße, absolut unwohl und will einfach nur in seiner kleinen blase bleiben. Ist allerdings absolut keine Option sein Leben mit einer essstörung zu verschwenden.

Mittlerweile halte ich mein Gewicht mit fast 4000kcal, wenn ich nicht auf Diät bin ohne cardio und habe keinen meiner Zwänge beibehalten. Irgendwie läuft alles von ganz alleine, wenn man die ersten Schritte geschafft hat. Inklusive zahlreicher Rückschritte. Aber man kommt ans Ziel. Also go for it!

🔺Hip flexors might need to be trained as opposed to stretched 🤔 I think we all have been guilty of automatically stretching the hip flexors base on the "tightness" we feel. However, sometimes if you just diaphragmatically breathe (for a specific amount of time) you might experience less tightness afterwards 🤔 Muscle length doesn't change that quickly if it was truly "shorten". So, I have been recently testing the strength/recruitment of the hip flexors on patients and have noticed a weakness under load. You have to train the hip flexors in order handle the load you put on them with certain movements/lifts, such as, the bottom of the squat. Tag, Comment, & Share with someone who always complain of tight hip flexors that never improve with stretching‼️

Truth be known I'm still a novice in front on a camera doing photoshoots. I'm still finding my comfort zone with poses and being more natural in front of the lens.... I hope I did ok here?
