Re: Hip & Knee Health, Part 3

Part 3 takes part 2 and simply applies JT to both legs. There is a small trick to this to make it more effective: shift your hips into an anterior pelvic tilt (curve your butt UP towards your spine) and posterior pelvic tilt (curving your butt DOWN, trying to make it feel like it’s under your spine) while sitting here.
This one will probably take the most time to get really comfortable in, as now you’re pushing your knees and hips into stretches it may not have done in a LOOOOOONG time. Make sure the bottom of your foot is facing upwards to help the muscles in your shin lengthen. Finally embrace the discomfort and let your body relax into the deep stretch.
