So you think a pre-wo drink is going to get you out of the hole?

This is my understanding..
If u consistently bench 200lb for 5 reps...and today u come to the gym feeling a lil down,fatigued or tired..a pre workout should stimulate u sufficient ly to hit that sweet spot of 5 reps again..but if you are able to bang out any more... so then I can safely say you have gotten stronger and whatever you have been doing consistently so far has worked, its not the pre-WO drink but your timely meals and training that makes you go beyond those 5 reps....
Most beginners must not need a pre-WO drink..it will most likely be used as a crutch ( they will come to the gym unfed, unrested and with no drive) thinking the pre-WO drink will kick them out of the hole.. #XLMumbai #XLSTS #XLTM #JiveshShetty #Px3TRAINING

Just found these old fb pics, almost 7 years old. You may be surprised to know I am holding pretty much the same amount of 'muscle' and 'fat' in both photos.

#1. Is while dieting hard for a comp, completely low carbs , without pump , body tired n depleted, bad light ,
#2. Is a couple of weeks after comp, well fed, holding more water, with good pump, body well rested , good light.... You will see a lot of transformations on the internet and plenty of transformers who will tell you they will make it for you in 3 months....
But but but don't believe everything you see, now you know pic#1 and pic #2 are'nt too far apart!

Was supposed to be light/no BackSquat day... Front squat turned out to be a damp squib,couldn't even hold the bar, I guess should do them more often , tissue gotten sensitive 😖. Started chest training with decline bench press, I believe if there is one exercise to pick amongst Inc/flat/dec, decline is best for chest development as it strongly works all areas of chest unlike incline which mainly works clavicular section..also keeps deltoid work to minimum ....one love👊
