He served under the Hugh Staughn Intelligence Division stationed at Mt. Isarog, Camarines Sur. Veteran Juanito Brucal, 70 years old gladly receives his wheelchair from the Philippine Veterans Affairs Office (PAVAO). Veteran Brucal had undergone below knee amputation due to his diabetes. Through this ambulatory device, Veteran Brucal can move easily and do his usual activities. He can live a normal life even after the amputation. SSg Bryan L.
