225. Say what?? First of all, Shoutout to @trooperjro, who last week posted her video squatting 225 for reps... And I thought to myself "damn. She strong 😳" and then I thought... I want to be strong!! For whatever reason, I feel like I have a mental block when it comes to lifting heavy... I feel like sometimes I just can't do it, and it psyches me out. So when I was back squatting yesterday and I asked my bud and co-teacher, @big_ross91 whether I should put 5 more or 10 more pounds on... He responded "um, your 10 lbs away from 225, put some more weight on the bar!" so I did. And here you go. Holy crap... I didn't know I could do that! Cheers to strong women like @trooperjro, who is constantly setting an example of strength, confidence and badassery. I got ten on it. Today I hit a 10lb pr on my hip clean from last week. Although I was only supposed to work off percentages. At the end of it the numbers felt light so decided to put some more weight on the bar.

In the first video I hit 235lb which was a PR for me from the high hang. I got greedy and I went up to 250lb and just quite couldn't stand it up.
