And for the final team practice of 2016, I finished the workout with a 5lb PR of 185lb on my clean! After taking nearly a week off, I would have been pleased if I hit 165, but everything felt pretty good so I just kept going. I've been doing walking lunges for a couple weeks now and hardwork paying off. The set and rep scheme has been 4×8 building up. When I first started doing these I started with 135lb now I just hit 265lb for 8 steps.
