I hit a 440lb back squat triple then I saw this man standing by a gate that had a sign above it. It read Lasciate ogne speranza which is Latin for "Abandon all hope, ye who enter here." This is what waited for me on the other side.

My body has been shot from yesterday's conditioning session. Never drink and train kids, it does not do a body good. Although I made these lifts they were probably the sloppiest I've done in a while.
