When I first started lifting I wrote down 3 goals - 365 deadlift, 365 squat, 275 bench. As of today I’ve hit two of these three goals. I’ve already got new goals for my bench and deadlift that I will try to hit at my first meet on September 1st! That meet is just bench and deadlift, they aren’t having a squat competition. This mama said bye to her family today and hopped on a plane headed for Indy!!! 😆😆😆😆😆😆😆 Last year if you would have told me I would be a fitness and health coach I would have told you that you were crazy.... And...if you had told me I’d be taking trips all over the U.S. and beyond that are PAID FOR BY THE COMPANY I would said “whatever” 🙄

I love working out but I find my workout schedules don’t always balance with the demands of being a busy single mama and career woman!!
.
I am excited about this program for these 4 reasons:
.
1️⃣ Only workout 4 days a week (3 rest days = more time for family stuff)
.
2️⃣ workouts only last 30 - 35 minutes .
3️⃣ my son and I can enjoy meals from an easy to follow meal plan that complements our busy lifestyles and the coming summer holidays.

4️⃣ the results can be amazing (check these out...)
