After last night’s binge of #ThePunisher I woke up feeling like I had to get ready for war. Finished up the the morning with some simple push and pull movements 😎

Pre Thanksgiving pump yesterday. A few exercises from my workout. Felt good and strong especially with #strictoverheadpress and #benchpress in addition to these four movements, I did tricep rope pull downs, cable crossover flys and front raises. Another successful double day today for deads and bench!! 275 for ✌🏼, down to 270 for my remaining sets. Also tried hookgrip for the first time today and it felt great on my deficits @ 235x3x3. For bench, I️ still don’t know why I️ wasn’t able to get 115 for ✌🏼, but get 110 for a triple πŸ˜’. On a better note, I️ went in another notch on my belt today too!! Heeeeeey!!! πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

Doing squat things to continue to build that squat booty while still working on those other squat things like exploding at the bottom, keeping my chest up, keeping tension, maybe cutting depth a bit. I’ll take a Rep PR on my 1RM of 210 for ✌🏼any day. Tempo squats for 3x3 at 78% and accessories. Love all the encouragement and support from @yophilzme @05star @mrphantasthicc!!
