So, after my mini breakdown that I had on Saturday after realizing the weight I've gained over the past few months 😜 I slapped on my Fitbit and started walking.
My goal is 10,000 steps a day. But, if don't do all 10,000 steps today, Im trying to teach myself that "it okay"!! I know I'm doing more that yesterday. 😃 ↪Do you have a Fitbit⁉
