Y'all... whaaaaat?! I would like to first say I did not have an eating disorder. I ate a shit ton of food. I even drank a lot of alcohol during this picture. I also never worked out. It's fun looking back at pictures to see how far you've come and to see all the changes. I was only 98-100 pounds in this first pic. And today I am around 127-130 depending. Sometimes even 125. I'm still a little twig lookin thang and a frikin piglet in the kitchen which shows here and there. 😋I began training in the gym to simply put on weight and have some definition and tone and fullness to my body because clearly as you can see I did not have that before! My trainer even wanted to aim my weight for 125. I think the fun thing about working out is that you can do whatever you want with your body to make it look however you want! *with the correct diet of course* Sometimes I'll lessen the weight and add more reps because I'll want to tweak something about my body and then sometimes I'll strive for more weight and lessen the reps to alter something else. My mind is always changing about myself and wanting to see something a little different and the fun thing about training is that you can actually do that if you put in the work. I'm not where I want to be yet and honestly will I ever?? Who knows! Haha. Now I always aim to do cardio because of heart health (I mean the shit I see everyday with ppl. It'll make you want to do cardio) and because it may go along with my goals. Trust me, I fail and fail and fail a lot. I don't have a perfect diet. I am hard on myself when I probably shouldn't be. And yes, my life also gets in the way. But I still keep trying! And so should you! We all have different views and want different things for ourselves. You can have it if you just go and do it! 👊🏼

Claiming my sweaty VICTORY over Monday because that's what it says on my shirt ✌️Love the top- holes in the right places 😂to stay ventilated on my powerlifting legs day - squats and deadlifts day 🏋🏻‍♀️day to go strong or go home 😅!

Had a long work week only having one day off playing ball 4 times a week... hitting the gym everyday... Went out last night, turnt up downtown... went to bed after 3am this morning. Woke up to go to the gym with my boys at 730am and putting them and myself through one of my heavy back days till 11am.. Only getting less than 4 hours of sleep. Then showing up to my bball game that was at 1:30pm this afternoon. I straight to a nap. Till now. What I realized when saying all this is, I didn't make any excuses for myself. Showing up every time to the gym without hesitation. Not sure what I was running off of, adrenaline perhaps. But after warming up for reps for 10 from 135lbs to 185lbs to 205lbs. Then finally hitting a beltless double of 225lbs I felt pretty darn good. Beast mode all day eryday!!!! Stay motivated!!!! 🏋🏽‍♀️🏋🏽‍♀️🏋🏽‍♀️ .

Today is the day I get back in the gym and start tracking my macros again. Can't continue using "bulking" as an excuse to eat all the things. Still gotta track even though I'm eating in a surplus! I'm probably going to write a short essay later with a general update about my goals these days and what I've been doing to achieve them, so stay tuned for that fun stuff.
