The summer shred challenge started today...
Means 2a days! Cardio in the morning and lift in the afternoon.
It just felt so good to be pushed hard, and break a serious sweat. The mindset to push so hard you fail is hard to come by. And harder to convince yourself to do it. I wanted slow down and to modify but you look at the time and "dig deeper" and finish the 60sec drill.
It gave me the energy for the whole morning and afternoon! #summerbody
Right into my leg and shoulder lift! After 2 weeks off due to a upper back injury, it felt so good. Of course the weakness from the injury was annoying at first but by 1/2 way through it was gone! Once again, the proof that pushing through is how to get there!
