I'm really happy with the results I'm seeing in my legs. Sitting at a desk for hours was taking it's toll but since I've been attacking leg days with bmx biking on the side I'm seeing fast results. Fat is melting away like butter and bacon grease. Best of all? No calorie counting or macros or food tracking. I simply eat what I want but control the portions. I minimize the junk and try to stick to balanced meals with simple ingredients. Once the transformation is complete, I'm diving right into dancing again. 20, fucking thousand!! With all due respect this ends the streak. Tomorrow won't be nearly as much but it was fun while it lasted. Had a destination in mind and went all the way. Weather wasn't in my favor but I made it work. I feel great, like better than I have in a while. Walking is therapy to me. This proves it.
