After warm ups, 9/10 times my first set is usually my top heaviest set, and then I'll either maintain that weight for 2 more sets failing at fewer reps, or reduce weight each set.
But today after hitting the 80's for my top set, I wanted to give the 85's a whirl. Not any worth while reps, but I got it up and it was something more than nothing! Lol
