Witam. Na filmie kolejne trudne ćwiczenie Tiger Push ups. Bardzo mocno angażuje mięśnie prostujące staw łokciowy oraz core.
A do tego można sobie coś potrenować :-) I
Bench Press kettlebell(wyciskanie kettlebell na ławce) -zaczynamy od małego ciężaru i w każdej serii dążymy do 8 powtórzeń. Ja zacząłem od 12kg i zakończyłem na 32kg. Wyszło mi 5 serii. Odpoczywaj 2 minuty po każdej serii.

Hollow Hold plus przenoszenie kettlebell za głowę. Wymagające ćwiczenie, ale bardzo mocno angażuje mięśnie brzucha i uczy stabilizacji kręgosłupa. Dla osób mniej zaawansowanych można wykonać to ćwiczenie w pozycji "martwego robaka" (dead bug) lub tylko z jedną nogą w pozycji "martwego robaka" jako wersja pośrednia. Pamiętaj jeżeli chcesz żeby to ćwiczenie miało sens musisz tak pracować aby twój kręgosłup pozostał w pozycji neutralnej przez cały czas.

For me there’s nothing worse than seeing someone lying in a hospital bed with pain and suffering that could have been avoided. I was going to wait for a 2 or 3 week mark of getting back into the gym but when I got on the scale today I just couldn't!👀 After 1 week and 1 day of consistently being in the gym 1.5- 2.5 hours a day I have gained 12 poun💪
