The PURE WORK training program will consist of 3 full workout days, 2 full rest days, 1 active rest day, & 1 cardio day each week for a 4 week cycle. Athletes are encouraged to find 1 rep max weight for the back squat, bench, deadlift, & shoulder press movements before beginning the 4 week cycle.
