DIY Calming Detox Bath:
1) Combine one part Epsom salt with 2 parts baking soda. Epsom salt is an anti-inflammatory and can help relieve pesky cramps and muscle aches, and is even known to help alleviate migraine headaches! Baking soda’s natural alkalinity removes toxins from your body.
2) Add 10 drops of your favorite essential oil blend (we used Purity Apothecary’s “Comfort” blend – a blend of pure and organic essential oils designed to alleviate anxiety and promote emotional balance)
3) Mix the Epsom salts with the essential oil blend well, and slowly add to bath.
4) Relax for 20-30 minutes. Repeat weekly for best results.
