I haven't got any particular goals at the moment, but after seeing these progression pictures, I'm made up with my progress

Over the last year I have reduced my bodyfat and managed to add on some lean muscle

This has happened by making changes for the better to my Nutrition, reducing sugar and adding more protein. I feel this had made a massive difference to my physique
Those little changes can go a long way. Trying to make better choices, until they become the norm, instead of feeling like it's a diet and a short term fix

Eating Clean is the only way you are going to get that body you desire. It's a cliche saying but it's true 'you can't out train a bad diet'

This is @carolynsmall6235 after her fifth set of eight reps of deadlift. The deadlift is a very demanding exercise as it is a compound exercise which involves a large amount of muscle groups to complete the lift. So at the end of your sets and reps you may well need a lie down.
