I haven't got any particular goals at the moment, but after seeing these progression pictures, I'm made up with my progress
Over the last year I have reduced my bodyfat and managed to add on some lean muscle
This has happened by making changes for the better to my Nutrition, reducing sugar and adding more protein. I feel this had made a massive difference to my physique Those little changes can go a long way. Trying to make better choices, until they become the norm, instead of feeling like it's a diet and a short term fix
This is @carolynsmall6235 after her fifth set of eight reps of deadlift. The deadlift is a very demanding exercise as it is a compound exercise which involves a large amount of muscle groups to complete the lift. So at the end of your sets and reps you may well need a lie down.
Today it was time for me to have a go at the Oarsome October Challenge of #rowing 500m,400m,300m,200m,100m. With rest periods of 2mins,90s,60s and 30s. The most important thing is to complete all of the intervals. Enjoy
My oats today 😍 just them with a tbsp of #nutella JUSTTTT what I needed to set me up for today. Training upper body in the gym with the #ufbg from @busybee.carys then might add some hiit at the end, and thinking of going on a walk later just to get out but we shall see 😎 have a great day guys xox
