It's progression session and to kick set start the positive vibes , " LEGS " day . 220kg for a double . I never rep after 200kg , normally just stick to singles . Cammy and myself play together for our local Football team. He asked me if I could help him both get fitter and help get his motivation back for the Gym
Already in 3 Sessions we have seen improvement. He is pushing himself more than he thought he ever could and it's great to see

Not long finish work , and I'm sat back thinking of the days events , I had a good back session with @emmamayfitness , first time training with her , a very gifted person . To be fair I ant really done much training this week , giving my body a rest , so it was good getting a pump today " THANK YOU mate . Also I took an abs class before at #puregymsouthamptoncentral ( 7-15 , abs class ) I love interacting with people , and seeing people bettering them selfs , best feeling in the world , even more so at work . I was thinking before about why I love the gym so much . One of my biggest reasons is , no matter what background your from , or career path your on , or how poor or rich you may be . Sometimes you just keep going and today was one of those days. I was in need of a long training session. Nothing intense just very long. Just some weights and core with plenty of stretching thrown in.

It's always good to do something different with your training.

Sometimes you can blinkered with just doing the same thing, day in, day out.

There is so much you can try when it comes to your training. The more you try different things, the more fun it will be. How do you know you won't like something if you don't try it.

Today I took @hayley_miller1412 on the pads, she has improved a lot over the past year. She is always determined and always gives 100%. We started with padwork and then changed it up with some scenario boxing and I let her beat the crap out of me, while still making her think about what she was doing.

Boxing is an amazing stress realiser and can get you super fit. If you haven't tried it, I highly recommend it.

Throwing in some squat cleans in to my workout to switch things up and work on explosive power. First time doing these so kept the weight light and going for reps to focus on getting the form better.
