Whatever you do, don't ever ever forget how far you've come. Here's a little #throwback to my first ever posing 1-to-1 with @sophieeastwood and on the right is my most recent 👙

It's easy to assume people who are in good shape were somehow born that way, but we all started somewhere...and that picture on the left wasn't by any means the beginning of my journey. I don't usually share my scale weight because I don't like the idea of people aiming for a number on the scale...everyone's different and a number does not define you.
But on this occasion for reference I have not always been tiny, when I started with my coach I was around 11 stone/154lbs and I'm currently 123lbs or 8 stone 7. I don't aim to stay where I currently am as I personally like having a little bit more shape to my body and it's important to put on a bit of fat after a show for health reasons (and for feeling a bit more lively than the last few weeks of prep) ☺️ but I most definitely haven't always been the little micro human I currently am 😂
