Hello 🙂 if you have or want a fur baby please read.
Here is a very generic picture of a girl holding a puppy at a popular pet store and while it's cute and trendy to take pictures at pet shops the story as to how these animals get there is not. I never intended on buying from here but I can see how people can get sucked into buying a 4,000 dollar dog. In this picture I was slightly aware as to how these dogs were 'produced' but never gave it much thought until I watched documentaries, videos and read articles. I no longer visit or encourage people to go to pet land. Yup, the very cute infested pet store that aids the puppy mill organization, which are sometimes ran by gangs. While the puppies are cute some become very sick after purchase and their mothers are off somewhere continuing to produce until they are no longer useful. You can swipe left to see an example. They are kept in small wire cages, beaten, die when transported and sleep in their feces (Like the meat industry ☕️🐸) One documentary stated that a dog saved from a puppy mill was trying to climb a wall because he/she had never stepped on an actual flat surface. Now you're probably thinking 'wow there should be laws against this' and there are but are not as enforced when big companies and organizations support them such as the AKC. I'm not saying that everyone who supports or works for the AKC has bad intentions but the AKC has been known for going against certain laws or regulations that protect or improve the environment that these dogs are held in such regular veterinary checkups. Whenever you are considering getting a dog please consider getting your dog from an animal shelter. If you decided to get your puppy from a breeder ask questions and do your research. People stage photos to make it seem as though your puppy is coming from a loving family. Also, do research on which dog you are getting because dogs are not 'trends.' Many of you guys might have seen the popularity of pugs on the rise in recent years due to big social media influencers or video likes. The amount of pugs being abandoned and their health issues are rising. The snouts of pugs are getting shorter and shorter which cause
