Сегодня вторая тренировка трехдневного сплита базовой программы- плечи и спина. Начинаем тренировку как обычно с общей разминки тела, можно пройтись быстрым шагом (6-7км/ч) по дорожке. Затем, что бы разогнать кровь по телу делаем 3-4 подхода на пресс. Далее начинаем программу: подтягивания 4 подхода 6-12 раз, тяга штанги в наклоне 4 подхода 6-12 раз, жим штанги стоя 5 подходов 6-12 раз, тяга штанги к подбородку 3 подхода 6-12 раз. Если чувствуете в себе силы можете добавить жим гантелей сидя 4 подхода 6-12 раз. 2 weeks into the ELIMINATION DIET and I'm feeling good..
Started reintroducing nuts yesterday (by eating half a jar of cashew butter😂) and no symptoms sensitivites so far..

Haven't used any supplements or food containing any kind of artificial sweetener or more than 1 ingredient until 3 days ago where I reintroduced @reflexnutrition instant bcaas intra workout. Also here no digestive issues or anything💪🏼

Reintroducing eggs tomorrow..

The principle behind the elimination diet is the following: eliminating ALL kinds of food that commonly cause sensitivities: dairy, eggs, particular meats, gluten, soy, nuts, legumes, artificial sweeteners, etc..
Then after a while start adding particular food groups back into the diet for 1 day and monitoring symptoms (bloating, fatigue, headaches, joint pain, energy levels etc) the following 2 days..

I really enjoy experimenting with my diet with stuff like this😜💪🏼
