#2 for the day... @mgoodwinefs enjoys when I take an @elitefts rack and transform it into something else. So here is one of the #dip variations I've created. It's a more narrow grip and I used the bands to lock it down. It called for some complex work today...clean pulls w/ bench, BUT warmup wasn't having it, so I adjusted and took out the pulls. Close grip/#slingshot close grip/rows/shrugs/triceps/shoulder/tricep...called for a couple of hours of good work. It's ok to adjust people....PEOPLE!!! It's OK to ADJUST!!!! For the last 6 months when I've had deload work I've rotated it per the movement NOT just the timing. It has suited me very well mentally and physically. RPE & %'s are adjusted for all, but have still allowed me the time to give my CNS enough recovery too. One of the fun parts I've also enjoyed has been playing around with my Secondary work Capacity day. The loads are not greatly crushing but definitely #bloodflow This was last set of 7 sets with 30-45secs rest between starting at 30lbs and finishing at 60lbs.
