deadlifts didn’t feel that terrible today, still need a lot of technical work on my sumo but im seeing improvement! switched from conventional recently cause i was letting my form go to shit on my heavy sets and i was bound to get injured. personally, sumo feels a lot better and safer on heavy sets!
last set of my block pulls, did my first 3 sets of 6 at 195 and decided to do this last one at 200 and it wasn’t bad! had to wipe the sweat off my hands on the 5th rep cause sweaty, tiny hands + extra thicc bar + no chalk allowed = no grip strength! also I look like a human meatball here
