Pull-up maxing out again on #FlexFriday 💪💪! So one month ago, I did this test and got up to 19 pull-ups. My goal was to hit 25 pull-ups by mid-December. Let's say I didn't quite hit that goal 🙈🙈 and I can give all the excuses I want, like moving out at the end of November, getting adjusted to my new place, business at work, but when it comes down to it I simply wasn't training enough.
