Want to learn to do pull ups? Well, here's the thing: you have to do them. ⠀

Start with a band, bench under your feet or a friend to give you bump up. And then try. ⠀

But why? Because pull-ups require your upper body muscles (biceps, triceps, late, abs, etc) to work together so you need to train your neuromuscular system to coordinate all the muscle groups.⠀

It won't happen over night, but it will never happen if you don't try. ⠀

Yeah, May 16th is the last time I did these suckers! I said I would share my journey with you on these. It's not a perfect schedule, it's an exercise that challenges me to the core!
