Sue's goal when she started in my accountability group in April was to "Take Control", as she puts it. She wanted to take control of her eating habits and her weight. She incorporated the 21 Day Fix clean eating philosophy, moderate exercise and a daily superfood shake into her lifestyle and is now down 35 pounds and counting!! Ahh!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼 She even had to go shopping for a new wardrobe recently! She told me she feels great, has lots of energy, gets compliments wherever she goes and is loving her progress (how could she not?!). I'm SO proud of her.
Here's what else Sue said: "I have to tell you how many complements I am getting now that I have gotten clothes that fit right. I think it is mostly because you can really tell how much I have lost and I am not hiding behind baggy clothes. It is really fun and gives me a lot of motivation to keep going. I have one co-worker who every morning that she sees me tells me how great I look and to keep it up! Having a wedding next year is also good motivation to stick to a goal. My husband is really helping me stay on track even more now too. He isn't walking with me as much because his job changed at work and he walks a lot during the day but he will go once in a while. He has a friend at work that he talks to about clean eating and has gotten a lot of info from, so he understands a lot more about it and it has really helped. He knows now it is not just a fad and really a new lifestyle. Thank you again for all your motivation and help. I know I could not have done this without you."
