🇹🇳🇪🇸🇦🇩🇫🇷🇬🇧🇧🇷🇦🇷🇵🇾🇦🇴🇲🇦🇹🇭🇲🇲🇦🇹🇵🇹 Almost Zero #carbs, around 50gr of #Protein, & less then 6gr of Fat for all the #Pizza, #wrap,#tortilla,#flatbread #indianbread or WTV you wanna call it.(#pic is ⅓of serving).
This recipe is very easy to do, here I have to give a shout-out to the awesome @keto.connect couple (#Followers, check them out, even if you are not #Keto, they have awesome content in their page & #youtube channel), because I got inspired by their #Nocarb Pizza Crust.
This recipe have a small twisted secret ingredient (the original use Chicken/turkey) Tuna!! (#Ketoconnect, you should give a try), just dry him out on the oven, add some #parmigiano (used around 20gr, but you can use more), 1 egg (if you want more crispy crust add only the eggwhites), add seasonings, I used powdered Garlic & onions, blackpepper, and oregano, but feel free to be creative, combine everything and spread the dough on the baking tray/sheet and cook until got golden edges. After that you can eat as bread or just add your toppings like a pizza, PS: don't forget to bake for about 7' to 12' More if you want a pizza.
2nd Ps: add goat cheese, #cheddar, #Mozzarella, sliced black olives a drizzle of olive oil and you got the tastiest "#NoCarbThinCrustCheesyPizza" ever made!!
