I have been weight training and Eating Healthy for 3 years. I have tracked my macros, did keto, and intermittent fasting. I have done fasted cardio, hiit, plyos, powerlifting, Bodybuilding, Yoga, CrossFit, cardio with extreme deficit. Everytime I tried to diet down my hormones went crazy, I mean crying in a corner crazy. I have anxiety and I refuse to be prescribed medication. I believe in natural herbs. My stress levels are off the charts. We all no the effects of cortisol. I couldn't stop mine so I tried to out train and diet through it. Doesn't work at all. My fat accumulated in my upper back and my arms even though I'm naturally heavy on bottom. I watched everyone pass me up with progress. Then I was offered something nutritionally balanced, scientifically constructed to give your body unbelievable amount s of nutrition. Helping regulate your hormones and cleanse your body of toxins without sh**ing your brains out. And I'm finally makeing progress. I focus better, my stress has went down extremely, I have no cravings, my coordination, balance, and mental clarity have all improved. I feel great thanks to this nutritional program.

So I took my friend @lo.getsfit advice and got them to do a green tea latte no milk, ice and powder only. I mixed our vanilla shake with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and added it to the green tea latte mix and ice.

So I did a little something this morning and overall I feel like I could have done better but I played it smart and came out with no injuries but each third set felt light but three tryโ€™s were all they gave ๐Ÿ˜’ but hey Iโ€™m in the 1140lb/1000lb isnโ€™t bad. On to becoming something better. :
