🦄Before the Death Eater attacks begin allow me to begin by saying there is no food that is inherently “off limits” when you’re trying to lose fat. Regardless of your goal, you can absolutely 100% have everything on either side of the page.

☕️The reason I separated it like this is for simple ease of use and understanding. The left side (fat loss) is foods that tend to be lower calorie, higher protein, and very filling so you can eat more without blowing past your calories for the day. Whereas the foods on the right (mass gain) tend to higher calorie and less filling so, if you’re having trouble meeting your calorie goals this will make it much easier.

🦄Some quick notes for fat loss shakes:

❄️Ice cubes are magical chunks of frozen patronuses and if you want to make a thick, filling smoothie even thicker and more filling...add more ice.

🍓Strawberries are only 150 calories for an entire POUND and they make your smoothie taste like sexy time.
-
🥜If you want the taste of peanut butter without the calories, PB2 is 100% your best alternative.
-
🍫There are these things called “fudgsicles” and they’re basically chocolate popsicles that are only 40 calories a piece and also taste like sexy time. Put 1 or 12 of these in your shake and hnggggggg.

🦄And some quick notes for mass gain shakes:

🍼Whole milk is absolutely the way to go. Or, if you don’t like milk, make it with orange juice. Either way, they’ll make your shake insanely high in calories and magically delicious.

🍌Bananas and mangoes and dates and avocado are all wicked healthy. But also very high calorie. So if you want fruit but are having trouble getting your cals in, stick to these.

🥜 If you are struggling to gain weight and you aren’t putting peanut butter on literally everything you eat...wtf is wrong with you? Step your game up.

12 weeks in and still going strong(ish)! This was the easiest meal to make. Less than a hour to prep and there’s so much protein! The holidays are here and sticking to the prep is nearly impossible but I am still mindful of everything I eat. Haven’t gained any additional pounds but haven’t lost any either. Tho I do feel like I’ve toned out some more! Trying to stay motivated. I want a new tattoo and if I wanna show it off, I gotta push myself a little harder.
Breakfast: two hard boiled eggs, three sausage links, and vanilla and berry protein smoothie

PROTEIN SMOOTHIE ( BANANA based )

This is my version of a banana-based smoothie packed with proteins.
Here are the ingredients rich in proteins, but please, feel free to experiment - to add/omit/change!
🔸Frozen banana.
🔸Peanut butter, no additives, organic.
🔸Organic honey ( Mine is with cinammon because I looove it. You can use any or none. Banana is just as sweet ).
🔸Maca powder.
🔸Organic nut milk ( I used organic quinoa milk by @thebridge.uae 🙂 with no added sugar, but you can use any, or make your own. If you prefer dairy milk, try that, too.)
🔹Mix all the ingredients in a blender and pour into a glass.
🔸Sprinkle with hemp seeds.

Let's talk goals for 2018! Who has them?🙋🏼 I have one really big goal for 2018 and of course a few other goals. I am excited to announce that in 2018 I plan on launching my Victoria Lynn Fit website and will be developing my first downloadable workout guide. My website will include fitness tips, meal prep ideas, recipes, lifestyle, etc. From there I plan on taking clients and doing different challenge groups etc. I planned to start this right after I got certified in personal training, but shortly after I started my job with Nutrisystem, and we are heading into what we call 'diet season' in the new year I am going to be very busy up until around April/May. I am also in the process of planning our wedding so I am going to be one busy lady. I am so excited to start the process of building my brand, and cannot wait to see what the future holds and the lives that I will change. 🍾💪🏻👱🏻‍♀️💃🏼

Meal prep is done. It's so important to find time to stay on track during the holiday season because it's so easy to get off track. Meal prepping is one of the best ways to do that. I still enjoy my fair share of sweets and cheat meals, but during the week I try to keep it as clean as possible. Pictured is sweet potato fries, butternut squash risotto, cauliflower Parmesan risotto, diced potatoes with peppers and onions, turkey meatloaf, and chicken tenderloins (I like mine extra crispy). This took me about two hours, but I'm done cooking my major meals for the week. It's a huge weight off my shoulders, and allows more time to focus on my little family, and spend time in the gym without having to worry about what I'm going to cook after. Meal prep doesn't have to be complicated. When I wasn't meal prepping I made poor choices with my meals, and it was counter productive to the goals I was trying to achieve. Pinterest has a million meal prepping ideas if you are feeling uninspired all you have to do is look there. Happy Friday loves, enjoy your weekend.🍾🙌🏻🎄

I’ve been craving sweets more recently... maybe it’s the fact that I keep looking at healthy Holiday Treat recipes when I’m hungry? But after doing some research I discovered that the more processed sweets you eat, the more you’ll crave. Yeah I’ve definitely been eating more recently 🤔
However the more healthy fats, fiber and protein you eat the less you’ll crave. I’m making sure to take my vitamins and start my day off with a bundle of goodness and it’s really helped!

My first non-fruit smoothie ever! It’s weird leaving out ingredients I typically eat every day, like banana, but there are lots of veggies that are sweet too! Zutaten:
1 Apfel
1 TL Zimt
30g Nutri-Plus Vanille
30g Haferflocken
etwas Vanille
300ml Mandelmilch

Zubereitung:
1. Viertel den Apfel und entferne die Kerne.
2. Gib alle Zutaten zusammen in einen leistungsstarken Mixer.
3. Mix die Zutaten ordentlich durch, bis keine Stückchen mehr vorhanden sind.

It's a picture from the summer, but my phones being weird so I can't show any updated pictures. 💁🏼 As women we are made to believe that muscles will make you look manly. Muscles are meant for men only. Wrong. So wrong. Muscles give you curves, muscles make you strong, muscles give you confidence, muscles burn fat, muscles give you a nice 🍑. I used to be afraid to go over to the section of the gym with the squat racks, and free weights simply because I never saw another girl over there- it was land of the dudes with half cut shirts on who were grunting and slamming weights around. I was intimidated, and until about three years ago never made my way over there. I know there are plenty of other girls out there that have felt this way. It's a fear of not knowing what to do on the machines, or how to do it, and looking like a fool in the process of trying to figure it out in front of all those people. We've all been there. I still see people who think about going over to that side, but turn around because those nervous feels kick in. I'm here to tell you don't be intimidated. Every single person over there started somewhere at some point. They didn't just gain muscle overnight, and they probably aren't even paying attention to what you are doing (even though you may feel like they are all staring, they aren't). There are so many ways to learn proper form, proper technique, and different exercises whether it be from a trainer, online, or by observing. Go in there with a plan, and you'll be set. The internet is such a great tool for this. Even though I'm a personal trainer I still look for inspiration every now and then when I feel like I've plateaued or I'm just getting tired of the same old routine. I've been skinny with no muscle tone, and now fit. I can tell you although I'm still working to gain muscle I'd taking being my fit self over just skinny any day. Muscles and tone are cool. That's all. Hope everyone is enjoying the start of the holiday season and last month of 2017! 2018 is going to be my year for sure.🤵🏻👰🏼💪🏻🍾

Had the flu this week.😷I haven't been sick like that in years, and it wiped me out completely. I lost 5 pounds. I didn't meal prep, I didn't go to the gym, I could barely keep up with keeping the house clean, and it through me off of my normal organized schedule. Today was my first real day back at the gym and it felt awesome. I've been laying off of cardio for a little bit, and focusing more on muscle gain. I'll still do cardio but not every day like I do now. I also prefer HIIT because it keeps me interested and I enjoy it more. I'm so looking forward to meal prepping today, cleaning, and catching up on shameless. I'm surprised my abs are still there. Goes to show you a few days off does the body some good. So after a long and unintended break from posting on instagram I feel the desperate need to work myself back in and post my simple or wild happenings, hopefully more of my personal thoughts, epiphanies, dreams, and life lessons :) this wild creation was our morning smoothie, everything from pear, cherries and blueberries, spinach, and some superfoods and protein powders and beyond :) of course we didn't drink it until noon and that is just fine, we enjoy our day as it comes, early, late, lots or little sleep, always smoothies, fresh juice and a bit of dark chocolate :) #supersmoothies #proteinsmoothies #healthyeating
