Protein coconut macaroons (recipe below)

Sunday is here and so is this belter of a protein treat recipe to see you through the week.
Made with just 4 ingredients and minimal fuss they'll soon be a favourite!

Go and grab -
4 egg whites
54g (about 3 scoops) of @time4nutrition vanilla coconut whey
1 1/3 cup of dedicated coconut
4 squares dark chocolate -
Pre-heat your oven to 160°c and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Whisk up the egg whites until they form stiff peaks. You'll know it's done when you can turn the bowl upside down and the whites stay put....how brave do you feel 😁
Now gently fold the protein and coconut into the whites until incorporated.

Spoon rounds of the mixture into the tray (10 per tray) and bake for 10-12 minutes until turning a golden brown.

Allow to cool completely and drizzle the chocolate over them. Light, fluffy and bloody tasty!!!!

Time 4 Home made protein orange chocolate (recipe below)

No it's not a really late April fools post but it is absurdly easy and a great way to add a little extra protein to your treats. You can use whatever mold shape you want but I'd recommend that its a silicone one to make it easier to get them out.

1/4 cup Time 4 Whey Protein Double Chocolate Mousse
100g dark chocolate (85% cocoa or more)
Zest of one orange

Melt the chocolate in a Bain Marie slowly. Once it's done take it off the heat and add the protein and zest. Now you've got to work quickly so mix it until smooth and the powder is dissolved.
Add it to your mold and leave to cool until hard.

Chocolate peanut butter protein doughnuts (recipe below)

Step away from the fried goods!!!! These are sooooo good I almost had to lock the fridge to stop myself "testing" all 6 of them!
Get yourself a silicone doughnut mold and make these bad boys right now!!

1 cup oat flour
36g (2 scoops) @time4nutrition Time 4 Whey Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter
1 tsp. baking powder
Pinch salt
1 large egg
¼ cup pure maple syrup/honey
¼ cup milk
3 tbsp peanut butter (I used @meridianfoods)
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Frosting
6 squares dark chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil

Mix up all your dry ingredients in one bowl and wet in another. Combine the two and fold until just combined into a thick mixture.
Spoon the mix into a sandwich bag and cut off the corner to make a piping bag. -
Pipe the mix into 6 greased medium doughnut molds and place into a pre-heated oven at 180°c for 10 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
Let them cool in the pan before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Microwave the frosting until melted and dip each doughnut in, topping with extra peanuts.
These will keep niceley in the fridge for 10 days.....try not to eat more than one a day!!

Protein chocolate hazelnut smoothie bowl (recipe below)

Ooh breakfast is going off here!! Tasting like a decadent dessert but jam packed with protein and flavour from @time4nutrition , you need this in your life!!

1 1/2 bananas
Handful of hazelnuts (toast them for extra awesomeness)
3 small squares of dark chocolate, roughly chopped
4 dates
1/3 cup oats
3/4 cup almond milk
1 scoop @time4nutrition Time 4 Whey Protein Double Chocolate Mousse

Get everything apart from the chocolate, half the hazelnuts and one half a banana in a bowl and blitz until super smooth.
Add the rest of the banana, hazelnuts and chocolate and get stuck in.

You can warm this up if you like but I'd suggest doing this before you add the protein and then re-mixing.
