Whipped up these protein pancakes on Saturday morning and man they were delish! Mash a banana add in two eggs, 1 scoop of protein powder, I used @ghostlifestyle cereal milk flavour and a pinch of baking powder and cook as normal in the pan. I topped mine with a dollop of Greek yoghurt, berries and sugar free maple syrup. Monday➡️Reset. Time to eat a leaf of lettuce, some chicken, and chug 3 gallons of water per day. 🔸By Wednesday? Shoving chocolate in my face at 3pm. 🔸By Friday? Ayoooo another week failed. Sup, cheeseburger?🍔

Always catching up, always guilty. Always dieting. Always got food on the brain. Negative relationships out the 🍑hole with food. 🔶
FAST FORWARD to now.... weekends look a little like this.... 🔸 planning out meals and activities so I know when there could be a hiccup in my diet. Sushi on friday🍣 holla, cheat meal. Saturdays are filled with foods that fit my macros but don’t match what i eat during the week. Rest day!💤💤💤
Sunday? Meal prep and more fun macro foods. It doesn’t feel like work. It isn’t scary. 🔶
And what happens Monday morning? Dayummmm sup kodiak cakes🥞a carb fueled workout and a MINDSET of happiness and desire to hit it hard. No stupid restrictions or guilt or hatred of myself. I’m a human dangit. The weekend shouldn’t make you feel like a total 💩head Sunday night. 🔶
