chicken tikka omelette for dinner as its super high in protein.
4 eggs
100g chicken tikka pieces
salt and pepper
1. whisk eggs and add to the pan of low fat oil
2. add the chicken pieces on top
3. Fold the omelette over when ready and cook on both sides for 2-3 mins
