#mugcake OMG if you are like me.. like you love all the sweet things.. this post it’s for you ! #proteinmugcake this is a super easy recipe and believe me the flavour it’s I N C R E D I B L E , just mix : 1 scoop of #proteinpowder I used @muscletech chocolate 🍫 flavour , 1 spoon 🥄 of #greekyogurt (natural flavour) , 1 spoon table of #stevia , 1 little spoon with water , and 1 🥚, mix all and then add some peanut 🥜 butter with some chocolate bitter ( dark chocolate) . ENJOY 😉
Ame esta receta! Es súper fácil y deliciosa además no tiene #harinas solo proteínas , mezcla 1 huevo , 1 scoop de proteína , 1 cucharada de yogurt griego , 1 cucharada de stevia , una pequeña cucharada de 💦, mezcla muy bien, y al microondas por 3 min ! Y a disfrutar !
Yo le puse un topping de mantequilla de maní y chocolate bitter !

After having a tub of ice cream practically every evening, I thought I'd back down and obviously still have ice cream but with something else too 😂 and what else to have but a @my_muscle_mug 😏

The wheyhey brownies are actually pretty decent... touch on the tough side, and a bit closer to dark choc in taste but otherwise damn good for a protein treat. From memory they have like 15g protein, 13f and 10c. They also have some decent hunks of chocolate and coconut flakes in this one 🤩

The new halotop is good! Kinda like bounty (with a bit of a toasted twist) but loads of texture and made with pea and rice protein so not only is it vegan... but it's soy free 💪

1 Dose abgewaschene Kidneybohnen
15g Whey
10g Kakao
2 Eiklar
50g Apfelmus
1 Tl Backpulver
Süßungsmittel nach Wahl (bei mir Haselnuss Flavdrops und Smacktastic Kiddy Schoko)

Alles pürieren, in eine Schüssel geben und bei 600 Watt circa 4 mins in die Mikrowelle. Dann kurz auskühlen lassen und auf einen Teller stürzen 🎂
Als Topping gabs bei mir eine Glasur aus Casein mit Zitronensaft, mehr Apfelmus 🍎 und Sojajoghurt ☺️

Werte ohne Topping:
408 kcal, 40g ew, 51g kh, 4g F 🔥 .
Wenn’s schnell gehen muss (also immer), bevorzuge ich die Variante aus der Mikrowelle. Im Ofen wird es aber auch immer sehr lecker ☺️

-1 scoop chocolate protein powder
-3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
-1 egg
-mix together
-drop 1 tbsp peanut butter in middle
-microwave for 90 seconds
DONE!👌

Red Velvet Oreo Protein Cake ❤🍰 Anyone else a fan of Red Velvet Cake? 🙋‍♀️
If so, you need this in your life! Trust me, this cake was absolutely magical 🦄

The original recipe by @mason_woodruff @mugsformuscles was slightly altered to fit my preferences:

1. Replaced light butter with pumpkin puree
2. Changed the flavour of the cake and used regular Great Value brand Red Velvet cake mix from Walmart
3. Added oreos 😍 to the recipe... cause why not

Macros of entire cake including toppings:
25g PRO/ 65g CHO/ 12g FAT
468 calories

NOTE ⭐ I am going to try this recipe again tonight but exchange the oreos for light cream cheese in the center and see how it goes!
This swap will increase protein by 1g, lower carbs by 19g and lower fat by 3g (saving you ~100 calories).

Mugcake de proteína sabor chocolate/café/mantequillademaní 💣💣💣. Dudo que exista otra cosa capaz de hacerse en apenas 3 minutos y que sea tan rica (los #mugcakes son quequitos que se hacen dentro de una taza y en microondas). Normalmente los dejo semi-crudos, porque quedan como un volcán de #chocolate 🤤, pero hice éste lindo para subirlo 🖤.
Es una forma rápida y exquisita de incluir proteína 💪. Receta:
- 3 cucharadas de harina de avena.
- 1 1/2 scoop de proteína
- 1 cucharadita de café.
- 1 cucharadita de polvos de hornear.
- Endulzante a gusto.
- 2 cucharadas de leche de coco (la de tarro, deben usar la parte espesa).
- 2 cucharadas de yogurt o medio plátano machacado.
- 1 cucharadita de cacao en polvo. * El de la foto tiene una cucharada de mantequilla de maní, pero normalmente no le pongo para disminuir calorías, lo mismo con el tooping.* Para el topping:
- Diluir una cucharadita de mantequilla de maní en un chorrito de agua caliente, dejarla reposar unos minutos y luego mezclar con dos cucharadas de crema de avena o de arroz.
- Salsa de chocolate.
* Los cuadritos son barras de manjar de soya con proteína y harina de avena, que se mezclan como una masa. Los hago al ojo y en cantidades muy pequeñas para que sólo me duren el momento, así que - si los hacen -, vayan calculando hasta que adquiera textura. Luego les pongo salsa de chocolate para helado y los llevo al refrigerador por media hora.* Se mezclan todos los ingredientes secos primero y luego añaden los líquidos hasta incorporarlos bien. Lo llevan al microondas entre 2 a 4 minutos, hasta que tenga la textura.
Recomiendo que vayan parando el microondas cada 30 segundos y dejen que el centro quede crudo: será una pasta de chocolate en medio del mugcake! 🍫💥
