Eating healthy is not difficult. It can be a little more expensive but it's worth it. Вчера, спустя очень долгое время у меня наконец-то состоялся разговор с папой. Я достаточно давно с ним не говорила, да и вообще за последний год замкнулась в себе т своей проблеме.😔
После разговора стало как-то легче на душе что ли... ✨ЗАВТРАК: два рисовых хлебца со смесью из авокадо и томата, украшенные сыром. Лист салата, половинка огурца, полторы крабовые палочки, отруби и кефир.
Из этого всего великолепия я села один с половиной хлебец, салат не полностью и огурчик. Остальное доедала моя собака 😅

It took years to build the body you have now. You want to change it? It is going to take time and hard work - period. Target health and the results will come.
