#tbt Back in the day if you were a mechanic at a Supercross or Outdoor National this was a pass you received to enter the start/pit board area.
Here’s one pass my Dad @fuggenduffy had from the 1983 Anaheim Supercross. The other is the one he wore in 1998 at my first ever Professional National Motocross race. At the famous Spring Creek Millville Minnesota race track. Talk about a big moment after all the years of effort to get to that level. Priceless memories thinking back now with my dad having passed away. We set off across the country on a 3 month journey together that summer in a Ford van. We won a Pro amateur championship at Ponca City, took 7th at Loretta Lynns, and then took the big step up and raced the last 3 125cc AMA Outdoor National Championship races. Where I had some decent finishes at the time for being a rookie. Just one of the many cross country trips we did growing up. But this one definitely had lots of meaning at that time. Especially since as you can see in the smaller photo we were on a pretty low budget/small program chasing the dream. @ncymotorsports @promotocross @supercrosslive @fmflild @fmf73 @anaheimangelsstadium #80smoto #90smoto #supercross #motocross #promotocross #privateerlife #crosscountry #amanatnasionals #anaheimsupercross #millville #1983 #1998 #fmf #whitevan #dono861 #missudad #ripfuggenduffy
