APPRECIATION POST: Few months ago, when my insecurities started to eat me up, I prayed the hardest to give me the people who would be accountable of me because believe me, I couldn't do it alone. I had no idea how and when to start but God was so amazing that he let me meet these two amazing people who helped me change my eating habits and lifestyle. I can't lift so I will run. This injury is frustrating that way. Time to track my journey back! #rehab#run#brokenbones . Distance running will have to be my thing since I can't do high intensity anything without too much bone pain. They're still not connected!
I have been battling a raging hormonal headache all day, so it's a miracle I got my lifts in. Today's squats (205#) felt pretty easy, I'll continue beltless as long as I can. Pre-reset, I think I started using it consistently around 185, so yay for progress! Next up, bench at 100# which is exciting to finally hit triple digits. Finished up with a reset on rows at 105#. Happy Wednesday 😊
