Project Cars 2 (1/3)
Prepare yourself for a long read 😉
As new Gran Turismo and Forza are coming closer a more simulation based racing game Project Cars 2 is also lurking around the corner. That's why I thought it would be the best time to take a deeper look into the game and this time specially into the car list. "With 180 cars carefully curated from the world’s most elite brands in order to reflect the 9 disciplines of motorsport and 29 motorsport series in-game, Project CARS 2 has you covered, no matter what gets your adrenaline racing. Each car in-game has been selected to represent a moment in time, an era of racing, and the sense of motorsport captured in all its heroic beauty.
Each car has been faithfully built to exacting standards, with architecture that has been approved by each and every automaker, and handling that has been tested and approved by half-a-dozen real-world drivers. Project CARS 2 is the vivid expression of racing, and that authenticity begins with the very soul of motorsport—the cars." The game includes modern and classic open wheel racecars, Modern and Vintage Indycars, lots of GT3, GTE and GT4 cars, LMP1, LMP2, LMP3 and LMP900, Some nice modern and vintage touring cars, different roadcars, rallycross, karts and lots of other great cars from different motorsports.
The car list is not even complete yet as some cars are still under the TBA sign and the game is going to have some future DLC.
Overall this game has one of the best car lists but it still lacks on LMP1 and on Open Wheel sections but every other sections is pretty much perfect. It will be interesting to see what kinda of other stuff they can add to the game after and before the release. At this moment this game seems more interesting than others. ~tags
