Thought I throw a little progress update out there, since I haven't done this in a while. Six weeks into my first strength cycle in 6 months my weight went up 7 pounds and I feel like I dropped some bodyfat as well.
This week I am starting to follow the juggernaut method again to have more structure in my training. I have been very successful with this method in the past and am hoping to repeat and surpass my gains from the past. If you wanna learn more about my actual program, let me know😊
