▪Feeling good on this amount of food. My energy levels are high for the most part, my lifts are strong, my weight is tracking down, and my hanger is at bay. Life in the dieting world good.
▪6x weight sessions - 3x heavy, 3x volume-based. Moderate intensity.
▪1x HITT conditing session - short, sharp, all out intensity.
▪Training felt great this week - did deadlift AMRAP's on my birthday #ouch; added extra weight to my chin-ups; 💪🏼 didn't die after my first conditioning session; 😅 and most importantly my hip's feeling much more mobile again!
THOUGHTS & FEELS
▪Overall a much better week to last.
▪Weight has started shifting again.
▪Managed better work-life balance this week so mentally I'm in a good headspace!
▪And I bought my comp bikini on the weekend which I'm super excited to wear! 👙💕 What's not to be happy about!
