I can’t let the day end without sharing this AMAZING transformation! This is my honey, Matthew. He committed to a 60-day at-home workout program, used performance supplements, fueled his body with a superfoods meal replacement, followed a portion control meal plan, and ROCKED his results!!! This is a real life example of what you can accomplish if you do it for YOU! No shortcuts. No quick fixes. Just dedication and follow-through! This is a man who lived on:
✔️Taco truck burritos
✔️Large glasses of milk filled to the brim with chocolate chips
✔️Boxes of Cheez-Its
✔️Bags of chips
✔️Brownies and cookies
✔️Popcorn soaked in butter
You get the point. Whenever it was time for me to do a workout, I invited him to join me. He always declined, and that was okay. I did my thing, and he did his. Soooooo, it really surprised me when he reached out to me and said he was ready to do a workout program and commit to a meal plan.
That was two months ago.
Since then, Matthew hasn’t missed a workout and has stuck to his meal plan (for the most part). THIS doesn’t surprise me, though, because when he dedicates himself to something, he follows through. I’m so dang proud of him! Here’s what he has to say about his journey:

“food was definitely the biggest obstacle, I never felt getting up and working out was an obstacle, but the change in diet definitely was”
