Having that “OMG, am I actually sharing this?” type of feeling. 🙈 I said I would. I know I can. But my goodness, it took a pep talk to get here. 🙋🏼♀️ .
This is the difference that six weeks of hard work can make, along with all the struggles, setbacks, and imperfections -lots of them. 🤷🏼♀️
So many emotions are flooding right now.
😬Anxious is the first one that comes to mind. Because those are RAW and REAL photos. Not a single edit. That’s freaking nerve-wrecking to share with the world. .
🙌🏼Proud is the most important one. Because I’ve taken control over how I want to feel. Because I’m making progress. Because I’m losing weight, inches, and feeling BETTER - HAPPIER, and HEALTHIER. And WAYYYY more confident.
And because I am sharing this with you. In hopes of helping someone else realize that they deserve to make positive changes. And that you can. ✌🏼
That you deserve to feel this good. 🌱 That it can be done with short at home workouts, simple nutrition in the kitchen and in the form of a superfood shake - and that the KEY to success is the SUPPORT community. 👯♀️🤸🏼♀️It’s seriously SO simple you just have to make the DECISION and DO.
It doesn’t have to be perfect. The past 6 weeks have been far from perfect - lots of struggles, yet I still made great PROGRESS! .
It’s hard to get even the basics done each day, am I right?! 🤦🏼♀️ Hard to keep up with countless doctor appointments each week. Hard to keep a fussy baby content while I MAKE time to meal prep, workout, or heck even take a shower.
You get it, being a new momma is HARD. But what’s even harder is feeling like complete crap and trying to figure out each day.
