🌱1 serving of vegan chocolate protein superfoods .
🥣1/2 cup of rolled oats .
🥛1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk .
🥜1 Tbsp of PB2 powder

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, cover and store in the fridge overnight. Heat up for about 1-2 minutes, top with sliced banana and enjoy!! Have you tried overnight oats before?! It’s so filling!

I know one thing most of all after 10 years of training women & men for total transformations and that is everyone is different, unique and under their own journey. Most of all, no one is under some one else’s guidelines!
At the start of #projectC Morgan was a woman that couldn’t afford to lose one pound! Instead it was the opposite transformation of the average babe. Nutrition was everything for her. She was forced to be on point with her eating along with incorporating all colors of the 🌈 rainbow! Near the end of Project C Morgan was eating more than one could fathom due to the muscle that she was building which calls for extra! 💋
Trusting the process, having the mind and body connection are 🔑 key in Project C as Morgan grasped it well from the start & never strayed away from her hard goal to achieve! Here are words from Morgan herself 💋

Hopelessness creeps in ever so slightly. Suddenly, I’m not as motivated as I was. A “few days off” leave me wondering if I can do this. The mind games I play with myself won’t shut up. That voice in my head gets louder and more opinionated. I’m trying to keep up but I start to lose steam. Life gets in the way. I fall off track. The urgency I initially felt just sort of…disappears. And then my motivation dies altogether.

When this happens, and trust me, it happens a lot. It’s entirely up to me to pull it back together. Truth is, nobody cares about my dreams and goals as much as I do. I got here because I didn’t give up. I did not give myself permission to quit! And neither should you.

It could be to someone who means a lot to you or someone who did something really nice for you. This can be on a beautiful notecard, email, text, phone call or face to face.

Can you imagine the smile on that person’s face while reading your note or hearing your words? -

You may start to notice people around you being more appreciative, happy, joyful, positive and grateful.

When you’re in a hurry to get things happen, it can easily lead to disappointment and sadness. I’ve been there and it’s not a nice feeling.
Comparing yourself to how others are doing is unhealthy. You don’t know how much work they’ve put in to be where they are.
Focus on healthy growth, where it feels good and you’re having fun. No pressure or rush to get somewhere. Just trust the process 🙏🏽💕 .

It's amazing what a few months of consistency can do to your physique 🙏

Could the results be more impressive? Sure.
But let me tell you: I've had chocolate more times than I'd like to admit, I've been eating strictly foods that I enjoy, my meal plans include foods that aren't neccesarily the healthiest options, I don't eat salads (unless they come with a good chunk of meat and a side of potatoes/rice/pasta), I've overeaten multiple times and indulged over my normal calories.

This goes to show that you can have progress without eating only salads. This goes to show that you don't have to deprive yourself. This goes to show that you don't have to force yourself to eat foods you wouldn't normally.

Yes, my journey is unconventional and I don't listen to most advice nutritionists or people with greater knowledge share.
Yes, I haven't reached my goal yet or shed tons of kgs overnight.

There are many different ways to be creative and I believe you can find your creative way whenever you want to.⠀

For years I assumed I just “wasn’t the creative type” because I’d had no real experience of being so and for ages I ignored the recurring urge to try. I worked at a job that required analytical thinking, the ability to follow legislation, policies and processes, and it was necessary to be logical, objective and methodical in my approach to situations. I was able to do this and did so to the exclusion of almost anything else for 10+ years. I thought it was all I could be good at.⠀

Since then I’ve brought so much creativity into my life. I now believe that everyone can be the creative type, and creative skill is there to be learned and practiced like any other activity. ⠀

It’s not that I think that one way is better than another (I had a good job) or that you can’t do both , it’s just that it’s so easy to fall into the trap of thinking, “I can’t do that because…” isn’t it?⠀

So if you’ve ever thought:⠀

Three days ago I was on a content kick and bursting with enthusiasm. Yesterday and today? Not gonna lie, feeling pretty drained and a bit out of sorts.⁣

When you go high, you also go low (see what I did there, thanks Michelle Obama). I don’t know what it is. Probably cause it’s the holiday times and loneliness starts to set in. This will be the first year not spending it with my ex’s family in like 7 years. That’s probably a big part of it. I think I also may be feeling a little overwhelmed as the year is nearing a end.⁣

I have a LOT I want to do. While I know it’s possible for me to accomplish, pushing myself out of my comfort zone and going for bigger things is really scary. I think that’s setting in for me too and getting me down. As a person, I really want a remarkable life cause in my heart I know I am a remarkable person that can dig deep to make my dreams come true. I can feel the rumble in my soul, I really can. But with that comes the fear and worthiness issues and things I know I should be doing. It can be hard to deal with sometimes.⁣

The good news for me is when I get in a low place, I generally bounce back into a super driven and excited mode. So when I feel this way, I am staying hopeful of what’s around the corner waiting for me.⁣

Do you ever get low like this, especially at the holidays? I think it’s totally normal to feel this way, but it definitely not fun going through it.

Day one: Pranayama

Well..... I'm practicing it now as I try to rewrite my caption for today 😂🙈 for some reason it didn't show up when posted. So let's try again.

Is a practice that I have really only started taking seriously these past few months. Before I used to think "woohoo! Fitness! Yoga! breathe in/breathe out".
It is so much more.
It helps me keep my calm driving down the roads, it helps me to recenter and really keep my peace around negative people. My absolute favorite is #lionsbreath , there is something so badass-warrior-vibe about it. There is no way you can leave a practice after it holding onto tension.
I also love #ujjayipranyama it just feels so natural.

It is a reminder of my respect for myself and my newly deepened practice. Reminder that this isn't something you only do at a yoga class- this is life!
The way our bodies use energy to pull oxygen in through our lungs and propel carbon dioxide out using force from the intercostal muscles is nothing short of mind blowing. I tell my classes I teach that we are "miracles in motion". I really believe it. Our bodies are fucking cool and I love that Pranayama has helped me deepen that understanding even more.

Know you need to do something, but frustrated because you don’t know how to start?

Small changes have a big impact.
The "all or noting" mindset negatively affects your progress - or stops it all together.

Adopt a GROWTH mentality. BELIEVE that any change, even the smallest, helps you grow - MOVES you forward.

Because doing something small is still doing SOMETHING! If you can't commit 100% - commit to 50% or 25%. You won't be perfect, so don't expect it. And don't get frustrated when you're not.
