115kg/254lb 45 degree barbell back raises for sets of 5 at the end of my Heavy full body day. Morning bodyweight was 89.1kg/196.5lb.

Form is improved from the last training cycle. Arms are mostly straight, still a slight bend as the bar leaves the floor when I lock in my lats which I'll work to address.
This block I started a new hybrid full body and upper lower split. 2 full body, 1 upper and 1 lower workout per week. I've done this to increase frequency from upper lower without doing full body on every training day as sort of a halfway point.

It's been just over 2 weeks and there hasn't been enough time yet for me to formulate a proper opinion on this yet. I do feel like there are positives to this split however I'm already starting to see some potential negatives when it comes to joint and tendon health which I thought might occur based on prior experience.

Preliminary thoughts are that it's a good split to run for shorter periods of time but it's probably not sustainable long term if you 're at a decent level of strength while training with relatively high volumes and use a lot of compound lifts like I do.

By that time, my hspu training hasn't began yet.

I could lower down to croc before just having a background of horizontal pushing, vertical pulling
and lots of compound functional exercises.

This was an attempt to 'perform' the move.
.
It actually sucks the training part, the quality is minimum to be acceptable and improves slowly however the
performance part quality has increased. .
Optimal tone being achieved, increasing the coordination and endurance, breathing better and more
awareness in general. .
TEACHING

TRAINING

Rest day. Nothing.

Supercompensation phase I will hit you hard.

Yes I rest. After like 5-6 weeks of almost non-stopping training every day.

I haven't considered resting until recently.
.
I "rested" some days by only having a morning practice, but today was special: sleeping 14+ hours,
making brownies, stretching and massaging.
.
By the time I haven't stretched nor massaged yet but that's the plan.
.
Last night stretched and myofascialreleased, while friends
had an awesome dinner for their anniversary. .
Interestingly, it is well known that the recovery phase for tendons and ligaments is longer than the one for muscles
after stress.
.
There's also an acclimation phase (5-8 workouts according to @imposeademand) for adaptation before
changing variables to increase your potential and not only increasing the capacity to use that potential. .
I've been trying this idea once in a while because I'd like to believe this, sounds too good to be true.
Skepticism, experimentation and community. Pillars of knowledge nowadays.
