Feeling like a rebel. Got in the pool not even 15 minutes after stuffing my face at lunch. And you know what? I didn’t drown 😂
In all seriousness, today was my first real swim back after about 6-7 months hiatus and I felt surprisingly good. Definitely have a long road back to feeling strong in the pool again but that will come with time and practice.
One thing I struggle with is flip turns. I’m just not great at them but now my new pool has really slippery tiles making it even more challenging 🤦🏼♀️ Do you all use flip turns or stick to open turns?
