Just a friendly reminder that you can and should give yourself a rest day. Your body needs a little time to rest and heal. Trust me, you'll thank yourself for it.
From personal experience, I've had times when I've had 2-3 bad gym days in a row, took two days off, and came back locked and loaded and ready to smash some weights.
