Probiotic love! These are our “bread and butter” probiotics at our clinic. They are great for IBS, IBD, heartburn, gastritis, boosting your immune system or mood, and more. If you don’t have any health complaints, simply eating fermented foods regularly is enough. If u r using probiotics during antibiotic use, make sure to take at least 90 min away from antibiotics. The dose is usually 1 capsule 1-2 times per day. Keep in fridge. They can be out of the fridge for a day as long as they don’t get hot.
