WHAT ABOUT DIET? Although gut health is thought to be the underlying mechanism, unfortunately there is no convincing evidence for probiotics (or any particular diet) in treating eczema AT THIS STAGR (unless it’s caused by a food allergy/ intolerance). That being said following a Mediterranean diet can only do you good 🙌

Ok people,WINTER has officially arrived in Sweden. ❄️⛄️🌬🌨The polar bears are waking up from their hibernation any day now and will be roaming the streets of Sweden. The truth about eating healthy is you gotta stay prepared. It’s so much easier to go through a drive through than to go to a grocery story, get ingredients, then go home and make something while your kid is screaming as if they are dying of hunger. Preparing food in advance has always helped me stay on track. I️ sliced my potatoes last night and popped them in the oven today. By the time both kids picked up their toys and hands were washed.... snack was ready. #ALLYOUGOTTADOIS slice red potatoes and brush with coconut oil + salt+ rosemary. I got a lot of questions about fermented foods so I decided to dedicate a post to it 😍 I love sauerkraut and kimchi 😋 I personally think sauerkraut tastes great with eggs or grass-fed red meats and kimchi tastes great with chicken & or fish, but honestly works well in pretty much any salad 🥗
The process of making these fermented foods creates beneficial enzymes, b-vitamins, Omega-3 fatty acids and various strains of probiotics. Foods like kimchi and sauerkraut are probiotic rich and linked to better digestion & overall health!
