"The best momos in Boulder? The Tibetan contribution to the dumpling family is a fine one indeed. Traditionally these would be made with mutton or goat, but these beef and chicken momos from Sherpas were excellent and the best we've found yet. The dough was perfect in texture, with a nice barley flour flavor and the beef filling was awesome."
