Wait..what? back it up...what do you mean by that last point, I hear you scream. Well, when you are upside down in a handstand, your normal blood flow inverts which increases circulation to your upper body. They also benefit bone health in your spine, wrists, arms and shoulders. Fun fact...the breathing thing, handstands actually stretch your diaphragm...aka your main breathing muscle...which in turn increases blood flow to your lungs. .
