Old and New! Always love to do these posts. Getting out all of my small and medium sized stamps and line them up into a square. I remember each and every one, what music goes with it and the weather that day. Makes me want to start fresh again! You long time followers might remember a few from years back❤️ great day lovelies
Unprinted woodcut details. Made using knives, my great grandfather's chisels, my grandfather's drill, a dremel, an awl/hammer/nails, sandpaper, steel wool, and woodcarving tools. Paintbrush in lower right-hand corner by the boat for scale
GET READY: Opening this Thursday, Oct. 26, the DAMNED art exhibition, Devil's Night weekend at Detroit's Tangent Gallery, featuring my "Self-Portrait While Possessed by the Ghost of Salvador Dali" and much more.
Of all the artwork in this series, THIS IS ONE OF MY MOST PRIZED POSSESSIONS.
I know some of you have been concerned of the dangers of my explorations into ghostly possession, but I am a highly trained art professional and the descendant of the witches of Salem, so I am pretty sure I have everything under control.
I also know some of you have been skeptical that the dead can control the living from beyond the grave, but there is really no other explanation for why our world is repeating the same mistakes, like zombie-marching in support of Confederate military leaders.
