This Caesar Shrimp Skewers recipe is from @paleobailey (http://www.paleobailey.com/caesar-shrimp-skewers/). The only green bean recipe you’ll ever need is from @meljoulwan. Details below. ————————————————
Ingredients:
1 pound green beans
5 cloves garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin seeds
1/2 cup filtered water
4 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
sea salt, to taste
ground black pepper, to taste
1/2 lemon

How To Prepare:
1 Trim green beans. Thinly slice lengthwise garlic.
2 Heat a large, non-stick skillet over medium-high. When the pan is hot, toss in the cumin seeds and stir constantly until they’re light brown and fragrant, about 90 seconds. Set aside.
3 In the same pan, place the green beans and water. Cover and bring to a boil, steaming for 3-4 minutes until tender. Drain the green beans, set aside, and dry out the pan.
4 Return the pan to the stove and turn the heat to low. Very low heat; just enough heat to make it warm. Add the olive oil and garlic slivers; cook until golden and tender, about 7 minutes. Add the cumin seeds and green beans; toss with two wooden spoons to coat the beans with the oil and allow to heat through, 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then spritz with lemon juice use a light hand! Eat immediately.

I use these with my clients as part of the movement prep phase (dynamic warmup).
Thanks to @jasonglasslab for this one.

It facilitates all the body's main prime movers.
The musculature of the feet, ankle and the glutes are called upon to stabilise the hips, the hip flexor (on the leg up) is activated, the T-spine is in extension, the scapular (shoulder blades) are called into action to stabilise and then move the shoulders to first stop the elbows going below 90degrees then press the ball overhead.

Then finishing off with the side lunge turns on the quads and abductors while working on the explosive component. Will definitely get the blood pumping.💪🏻🏋🏾‍♀️

Cold salad, hot day! I didn't have any salad dressing made up and was short on time, so I did a quick mix of my homemade avocado mayo, lemon juice, a little cream to thin it out and a small chunk of blue cheese. Worked perfectly!
