Going to the gym in April with a jacket ... hoodie ... and pants on ... gotta love it! haha

But hey, it's not going to put a damper on my mood, especially when it comes to training!
.
Since I had been training for the marathon, I had dialed back the lifting a little bit. I didn't take it out completely as I see a lot of people make that mistake. I just cut it back to doing my foundational lifts.
.
Doing Squats after one five mile run.
.
Shoulder Press and Bench after a five mile run.
.
Then having a day where the workout was a traditional back training day.
.
Then to round out my training I did a long run one day a week and I would do Turnt Tuesday at CycleBar.
.
But this last week, I took a break from running and focused on lifting.
.
I tell ya what ... I have been feeling great! The combination of being excited to get back into a routine with lifting as well as being able to take Project 1 again has me feeling incredible!! 😜
.
Trust me, you do not want to take Project 1 and then go run five miles haha But for lifting ... Project 1 is the shit! It's a phenomenal full body pre workout. Brining together a great combination of a strong yet smooth energy, a noticeable increase in endurance and lack of fatigue, as well as a solid pump to help me fill out the sleeves to my shirt again 😅
.
Personally I am all about the Grape right now ... but I do love the orange soda ... hell but my original favorite was Lemon Drop ... Drop Top ... with Project 1 ... Gains Don't Stop haha
